So yesterday I decided to drive straight through from New Mexico. I left Santa Fe at 3pm and got home about 730am. Did great til I got to Springfield, Mo and then I really started getting sleepy. So even though I was going into a little thunderstorm, I rolled down the windows and opened the sunroof to try and stay awake. Suddenly a lightning bolt hit a tree right beside the truck and scared the crap outa me!!!! It was so close I thought it was gonna come through the sunroof. Needless to say I shut the sunroof and had absolutely no problem staying awake the rest of the trip. Ha
