So yesterday at my sons school, (eighth grade) a man with a black hoodie was in the bus barn, then ran away when approached by a janitor. The janitor didnt see where he went, so the school ordered a Code Red, school lockdown, all classroom doors locked, kids under the desk for 40 minutes. Ben told me it was scary, he was thinking of ways to better barricade himself if a gunman gets in and starts shooting. Pretty scary stuff. It definitely put into perspective the less than stellar report card, all things considered.
