So yesterday was a BIG day for Brooklyn because 2 amazing things happened. 1 she received her bike and was totally surprised! 2 because she stood up (supported) for the very first time since her accident. About 2 weeks after she started sitting up I was praying and thanking the Lord for this accomplishment and the Lord gave me a vision. In this vision I saw B standing facing someone (idk who) and it was like they were hugging. I of course said cool and went on with my prayer. Well yesterday after getting our bike we were trying out our stander that some one let us borrow. They had B in a chair and the therapist was sitting in front of her in another chair. Well the therapists plan was to lift her and get her supported on her feet to see if it was even possible. Well I honestly was so worried about her falling I could even look past to the standing part. So ONE TWO THREE and she lifted and Miss Brooklyn went up and so did the therapist. I stood there for a second and went back to my vision that the Lord gave me that day and felt an over-whelming emotion of pride and joy……so much that I almost missed the photo session LOL. Not only did I get to see this moment I also got to participate in it…..because the next round I got to do it with her. Yesterday was a great day for B but I have to say I believe the Good Lord made yesterday, for that very moment just for me.
