So, yesterdays deadlift session and subsequent video i posted brought up the old argument again - straps. Your take??? Personally i dont see a problem. I see a problem with using them for light weight warm up sets like a i see a problem with using a weight belt for early sets of squats. My argument, lift without until you no longer can, then if they help you to lift more us them. You gonna tell Zavikas or Marius that they shouldnt lose straps. And for those CrossFitters out there that argue against them remember if it works use it if it doesnt then discard it. Dont like straps, dont do kipping pull ups, hspu or rind dips either. Thoughts???
