Soap Box: The level of incompetence at Physician offices these days is staggering. Im not sure what the difference is between nurses that work in a clinical setting and nurses that work in the office setting but "I dont know" and "Im not sure what to tell you" is not an acceptable response. I have sent 5 releases and made at least 30 phone calls to get Noras MRI report to her Neurologist. I am trying to be understanding as I know how overwhelmed nurses can be in offices but Dear Lord someone please take some personal accountability and get this sorted! Ahhhhhhhh
