Social Action Project update_NCS Cheshire East _ Autumn Cohort 2 Dear Team Participants, We tried and communicated with the Arndale & Mersey Way Shopping Centre for performing the bake sale but we couldnt get approvals therefore we shall be doing the bake sale at the Poynton High School. As per our last meeting at the Fermain Youth Centre, Macclesfield we shall be doing our bake sale at Poynton High School on 17th November 2013. We therefore now have to bake all the food i.e. cakes, cookies, jam tarts, flap jacks etc. on 15th and 16th November 2013 at the Fermain Youth Centre. Please be apprised that this weekend i.e. on 9th & 10th November 2013, we shall be raising donations (food ingredients like flour, milk, eggs, sugar etc.) for our bake sale and for that we shall be visiting the local super markets eg. Asda/ Sainsbury, Tesco, Morrison etc. Also this weekend we need to finalize the posters / banners alongwith the flyers for the event. I would request Maddy & Megan to kindly speak to the school management and confirm the bake sale event. Kindly update us on any further proceedings. Cheers. Shay
