Social Media Marketing Officer (Based in Jakarta) – English Resume only. Job Overview The Social Media Marketing Officer will grow and manage company’s brand and public reputation through social media platforms in Indonesia. Job Responsibilities • Plan, develop and implement social media programs to achieve increases in customer engagement, community growth, and overall brand awareness • Manage and drive presence in social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, linked-in) including daily monitoring, posting, and content development via translating of materials from English to Indonesian. • Interact with Facebook fan-page viewers, answer queries, or assist in any necessary ways to raise awareness and corporate credibility. • Be results focused and be able to implement activities to drive revenue. Ability to analyze results and deliver in the form of weekly report. • Monitor, analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of social media campaigns, and develop new initiatives to maximize results • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media of our social fan-page. • Assist in related digital marketing projects and other ad-hoc tasks such as translating materials from Indonesian-English and vice versa. • Assist Head of Business Development (Indonesia) in servicing assisting clients or sourcing for new clients through prospecting via meetings/callings. Requirements • Indonesian Nationality only. Female preferred. • Candidate must possessed a degree in any field, preferably Degree in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications • Excellent verbal and written skills both in Indonesian and English and computer literate (MS-office). • Have prior experience in translating financial materials from English-Indonesian and vice versa will be an advantage • Good knowledge of internet technology, new trends and the latest in social media innovation • Able to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or any other programs that could be applied to designing work is an advantage • Able to work independently or work in a team to create, manage and execute project with good initiative and positive attitude • Good communication skills are needed for liaising with clients from Indonesia. • Fresh graduates with good attitude and a willingness to learn are most welcome to apply.
