Solid upper work today. Face pulls for sets of 15. Finished with 220lbs. Concentration curls. Sets of 8 up to the 85lb bell. Raw flat bench. Triples to 455 and then a single @ 485, 495 & 505. Closegrip bench to finish off. 2 sets of 5 @ 405. All pressing moved well. Chins @ BW plus 25lbs for 5x5. Dips for sets of 10. Final set @ BW (280) plus 140lbs chain. VBar cable pressdown. 150lbs for 2 sets of 30. Done. The bench press will continue to improve.
