Some creative cooking tonight, we wont starve at least :). Again the cupboard has come through. There was just enough cornflour to make some custard, yes the real custard, cornflour, sugar, vanilla, eggs - had to resort to the powdered milk also in the pantry. I had a packet of jelly, so it is busy setting and some puff pastry in the freezer and needed using, which is now in the oven filled with lemon butter in some and plum jam in the others. Ok think I have dessert sorted. Main meal - braised steak and onions have been in the crockpot, so might just be mashed potato & pumpkin, home grown beans from the freezer and zucchini and Im done :). MORE THINGS OUT OF THE CUPBOARD...
