Some days I am truly ashamed to be a part of such a selfish race... we wipe out natural habitats without any consideration to the other species that live their... we rip animals out of their native environment and stick them in to foreign ones then whinge when they run riot and start to destroy the native animals and plants that belong there THEN decide that the introduced animal is in fact a pest that must be eradicated. All whilst never taking ownership of the fact that WE caused the problem in the first place..... Unless we get our act together and stop behaving like parasites and actually learn to work with nature we are going to destroy the planet and sadly take those that share it with us, which is where these poor guys are heading. :(
