Some funnies from the career fair at HRMS today: Student:what do you wear to work? Me: whatever I want Student: when do you work? Me: whenever I have time Student: I want to be a photographer Student: I like taking pictures Me: me too! Student: (reading from his question prompt card) what is a characteristic you need to be a photographer? Me: Patience. Alot of patience. Student: (raises his eyebrows) Oh never mind, I dont think I like taking pictures anymore. Student: (looking at my laptop/editing screen displaying before/after edit examples) That is really cool!!.... what app is that? Student: How long did you go to school for photography Me: I didnt. I went to school to be an archaeologist like Indiana Jones and then decided to go to school to be a massage therapist... and ended up a photographer Student: (with a blank face) oh Me: (Feeling awkward...that I just got the you are weird look from a 5th grader)
