Some need more protein, some dont... I am not pushing taco bell :) I think the ad is funny though and Brenda immediately knows what Im talking about when I come saying protein! If youre exercising a lot, many studies show that significantly more protein can significantly improve your recovery and push your body from being in a catabolic state. You dont want your body to be eating up that hard earned muscle just because youre active.
