Some of us at GMO Free Oregon spent the day as observers of the recount and learned this today from the Yes on 92 campaign: You won’t believe this: Election observers for the Monsanto-backed No on 92 Coalition have been THROWN OUT of at least three recount sites because they were not Oregon residents as required by law. That’s right: The big pesticide and junk food companies driving the opposition to Measure 92 couldn’t find enough Oregonians to observe the recount on their behalf, so they had to bring in illegal observers from out of state! We also learned that Monsantos lawyers are responsible for many of the contested votes!
