Some of you might have heard Teal Swan on YouTube. She is an intuitive, a beautiful young woman with a powerful command of her topics. Ive appreciated her commentaries on shadow and being positive (spiritual bypassing), and other issues that skirt around healing of abuse, like on aspects of co-dependency. She has also talked about how to stop cutting (what some do as either a form of self punishment or to stop feeling numb). I heard her talk about what is really going on in the world at a very deep planetary level which resonated with what I know within. I could tell that her wealth of wisdom came from her own inner journey but didnt know the extent. Recently, Fox TV interviewed her. Im applaud her bravery and courage to speak publically about such a difficult topic...Ritual Abuse and what happened for her. From age 6 to 19, she, herself, had lived w/in the realms of a cult who programmed her, and she was made to witness and participate in murders of other children. It is not as graphic as Fox puts out. (or perhaps Im not as affected in hearing so many similar for many years...its not a new subject for me as it was for the commentator) Teal holds her own and her healing certainly shows. She brings the message to put our stories forth to help encourage others to heal. I realize that everyone has their personal timing, their safety issues, and how far along the path of healing they are. And there is something to be said about even journaling it out, to get it out of the brain and body. The patterns can often be seen easier this way for some.
