Some quick observations, 1 out of every 2 babies in Indiana is on the WIC program, I see people on Medicade driving new cars and going on vacation, not only are they getting free medical care but if they bring in their children for well child check-ups they get free gift cards to Wal Mart. I see people on disability working in their yards and doing everything that I can do. Does anyone besides me see a problem here?
