Some things to consider. A couple I have question about and would need a lot of convincing. Just for some discussion. Please ponder. Another comment which I thinks has a lot of merit: Time to advance the Liberty Amendments. If your congressman wont support most of them, he doesnt need to be in office. Restore the Senate as a body representing the several states (Im a little lost about this) Term limits for Congress. Term limits for Supreme Court Justices. State or Congressional supermajority to override the Supreme Court. Limiting Federal Taxing and Spending. An amendment curtailing the criminal use of the Interstate Commerce Clause. An amendment to protect the vote. (Voter ID) An amendment to protect private property. (anti-Kelo) An amendment whereby 2/3 of the state legislatures may directly amend the constitution. (Im not sure this is such a good idea) An amendment requiring 30 days from final version to voting on a bill. (100%) Giving States the power to override federal statutes with 3/5ths of the States. (Legislature?) An amendment proscribing electronic voting in the absence of reviewable artifacts.
