Something everyone needs to know about me is that I dont always take everything seriously. But when I take things seriously, I am REAL serious -- and you better be too! Or else - lol. Its up to you to figure out whether I am serious at any given moment - its like a game. Fun, hey? :) *twitch* No, actually, I am pretty serious all the time - but I joke around a lot to break up the seriousness; lest not a single person on earth ever listen to another word I say, ever again - until the end of time. I find that the odd joke and bit of wit gets people back in, paying attention - and then I can unload a heap of serious stuff again (at which point, everyone runs for cover again, lol; which is like another game, in of itself). My point is, that we are in a very serious time in the worlds history, and I do wholeheartedly believe we are in the Biblical end times. Because I pay STRONG attention to whats going on in the world (because it does mater), I see things differently (and, in my opinion, more accurately) than the vast majority of people. Not blowing my horn - but I just notice that most people dont care too much about anything that doesnt directly involve themselves. I have the added propensity to be able to see that what goes on around me affects me (and us all) eventually; and I care about it - especially as it pertains to our eternal life. However, Jesus said: Be of good cheer.. so even though I can see the world collapsing around us all, I am still able to stop and have a laugh. I am also not fearful of the end of the world. I am actually greatly looking forward to it. If that depresses you - then I must insist that you do not understand things as I do, but Ill be happy to explain why I feel that way if you like. I have hope in the promises of Jesus - and I know that life is more than our few breaths and vanities walking up and down this earth. I have come to the understanding that the woes and troubles off this world are pointless - except where they pertain to our eternal salvation. I really do not have my life or values fixated on earthly things, which is why (I guess), many people are confused by me, I honestly couldnt care less if I keeled over with one leg in the air tomorrow, just as long as I can go home. Until then, all I really care about is trying to become closer with God, and maybe, if I can, maybe point God out to people that dont know Him.I ruffle a few feathers, yes, but thats only because I care enough to. In conclusion, I say: Dont be serious about the temporary things of this life - but be serious about eternal things. Many people do not understand me and are confused by me, because they have not yet come to the same realization. But if anyone is worried that I have gone mental or anything -- dont trouble yourself. I am MORE than fine. Its everyone else that I worry about!
