Something that bothers me on FB is when I see individuals posts, calling out their baby daddy for not paying child support and these are the reasons why; 1. Facebook should be used for entertainment purposes, not your personal journal! You are doing nothing more than entertaining your facebook friends with your personal drama and your childs drama for that matter. 2. Do you really think that by washing your dirty laundry in public, you will somehow publicly shame him/her into forking it over? Your just making yourself look just as immature as the other party by attempting to attack their character by using their actions, or lack thereof, in the public eye. 3. These are your children, not what you had for breakfast and shouldnt be treated as something to be paraded around to fulfill whatever attention seeking emotions that you have within yourself. 4. This is the Internet and cant be erased. Once you post something, it can easily be printed and held against you and your children FOREVER!!! Is that something that you really want them to have to deal with when they start getting old enough to troll online? Child support can be a very sensitive issue, especially to the child and making it known to them that daddy wont pay only makes them question inside why they arent good enough to be taken care of financially by their father. It is something to be handled much more delicately than being splashed all over your FB. You are doing your child a serious disservice by making their child mind deal with grownup issues! Its not their fault and ultimately your children will be the ones paying the price not your target. Go to court, go to DCSE, do whatever is necessary to get the funds you need to take care of your babies, but seriously facebook isnt the answer. Grow up.
