Something the Church of Scientology still blames me for; filing The Fishman Declaration (with all the OT levels attached as exhibits) on the open court record in CSI v. Fishman & Geertz and then successfully opposing the declaration being sealed, from whence Xenu escaped into the public domain (with a little help from the Washington Post and some critics). Next year I intend to write a book about it all (although Scientology lead attorney Rick Moxon claims I have already written it four times over already through various affidavits, publications and speeches).
