Something to make you think this is why registering to vote, actually showing up to vote & getting involved with the things that are taking place in your community are so important! If youre tired of things never changing in your neighborhood and community, then its time to put people in office (regardless of which political party they represent--Republican, Democrat, Independent or other). Stop voting for people simply because they are related to a certain person, come from a politically active family or because of other petty reasons. Vote for those who are willing to stand up and fight for YOUR best interests downtown and at the state level, and will advocate for jobs, the spreading of community wealth to urban communities & courts/law enforcement officials who are not biased towards you.
