Sometimes I find it difficult to slow down the brain at the end of a busy school year and the onset of summer. Today I am thankful for loving friends stopping by to just "chat" with no expectations except the message to slow down and reflect. And tomorrow will be spent with movies and shopping with another friend and more slowing down of the brain followed by a week of loving family......Message.....life is short...slow down and enjoy each moment!
