Sometimes, I wonder if our revered Government has a genuine database of those who have studied or still studying abroad..! Does it know how many are studying Bachelor, Master, Or even PhD, and in which fields? Does it know how many are Government-sponsored and how many are self-funded or supported by other external bodies? !!! Such questions are worth to be raised and seriously answered.. Why???? Because if the government has a real database of all qualified people of its nation then it will be easier to invest the energy and knowledge latent in these human resources. If the government, for instance, know how many people studied Economics then they can invest these assets and put them in the right place to lead our country economy instead of just depending on imported expertise and paying a lot of money that can be wisely saved. Does our country actually lack to qualified people?? I dont think so. There are many prominent students and professors who proved their fabulous leadership overseas. Such professional and proficient people should be nationally employed so that they can unleash their skills towards our homeland prosperity.
