Sometimes a little knowledge is more dangerous than none. Especially when its being offered as advice in FB forums. I have seen so much inaccurate info promulgated this week by people who have read or heard something, but actually dont understand it, how or why it works, the context, its implications.... Reading and regurgitating information is never a good idea. To help others, people need to comprehend before they comment...or it is actually more helpful to be silent. Think its time for me to leave these frustration forums for the sake of my cortisol levels đ
