Sometimes in the midst of EXPLOSIVE CHURCH GROWTH, LIFE CHANGE, SALVATIONS, BAPTISMS, GROWING GROUPS, and JESUS BECOMING MORE AND MORE FAMOUS in NEW ENGLAND through GRANITE and our NETWORK CHURCHES, my heart gets a little heavy! As I scan through my friends list on FACEBOOK, or browse through the FACEBOOK TIMELINE, it still amazes me how so many FOR SUCH LITTLE REASON walked away form this MOVE OF GOD! We are not the only church GOD IS BLESSING, but we are one of them and I am so THANKFUL that I GET TO BE A PART OF IT! I am so thankful for the almost 1,500 plus unique and faithful attenders (soon to be 2,000), the OVER 500 hundred people who serve every month, the hundreds of people who INVEST their TIME, TALENT and TREASURE so that we can do all we can do in cooperation with other great churches to reach NEW ENGLAND FOR JESUS! Then just as I start feeling little sad I realize what I am actually feeling is SORRY! SORRY for those who are missing out on so much, SORRY for the kids who have been pulled away from the POWER and PRESENCE OF GODS CHURCH, SORRY for the teenagers who have no CHRISTIAN PEERS/YOUTH GROUP to do life with and grow through teenage struggles with, SORRY that for SO LITTLE, SO MANY GAVE UP SO MUCH! We dont GOT TO we GET TO serve KING JESUS and the cool thing is we get to do it with so many RAW, REAL, and INCREDIBLE PEOPLE! I wouldnt trade the journey we are on together GRANITE for anything! I love our church, and NO GRANITE IS NOT PERFECT, but know this and hear it LOUD AND CLEAR, she is PERFECT FOR ME! By the way of your reading this and you havent been to church for a while COME ON BACK the doors are wide open! If you cant attend GRANITE there are some other great churches to choose from, FIND ONE. Youll be glad you did!
