Sometimes it’s hard for people to ask for help because they fear of being rejected or they been on their on for a long time and they use to doing it by their self. Sometimes people who is down on their self and they feel like no one understand them or what is going on in their life that is when we should try to reach out to people and give them a hand and encourages them that life is worst living and that they have a lot to offer to people and to the world. Sometimes a person can seem happy but inside they are fighting their own demons trying to stay above ground and sometimes we know something is off but we don’t ask what is wrong because we are afraid of pushing them away or too focus on our life to notice.
