Sometimes the best workouts are the ones we didnt want to do! I didnt feel like working out today!! In fact, I really drug my feet today. I boycotted and spent the afternoon in my pjs on the couch watching my sappy romance movies.... I finally decided I needed to at least get my workout in because I had no excuse why I shouldnt... Yea it felt good to relax and do nothing. Yes I needed that time....however, working out is just as important!! Tabata power - max 30 insanity complete and feeling great!! I actually almost didnt max out until that last minute of power jumps! It is amazing what you can do when you just focus... When you just pour out your heart and soul into your workout!!
