Sooo due to several requests - Im pondering putting together an outdoor training class - looking for the best location. This would be a bootcamp style workout - great for training for events such as Spartan races, Tri-Fitness Challenge, obstacle course races - because with those races you need cardiovascular endurance - and I can help with that! Message me or comment here on times that would work for you - and locations (parks, fields, etc). Im looking into it myself. I get that not everyone is a 6AM person like me. :) So Im open to suggestions!
