Sooo... here it comes a kind-of menu (idea, more or less), that we may change depending on the mood/Moon and on the seasonal ingredients available in Okinawa: PRIMI Pasta fredda (farfalle De Cecco and veggies, cold) Linguine Monsurrò al pesto, pomodorini e ricotta Insalata di riso (cold rice with veggies and tuna) SECONDI Pesce al sale (fish & salt, Pietro 2s speciality) Pollo al limone e curry (I know, its not Italian, but its my specialty and its delicious...) CONTORNI Caprese (mozzarella, pomodoro e basilico) Pomodorini ripieni di tonno e maionese (maybe some cappero on the top) Insalatona con mela e uvetta (supersalad with apple and raisins) Pane con olio doliva e rosmarino DOLCI Ricotta al cacao e zucchero Pietro 2s special surprise SPRITZ (cocktail - not included in the price; maybe 400 yen per glass) Caffè espresso (moka) All this for only 3500 yen... What else could you ask from life?
