Soooo....anyone that has tried to talk to me on the phone in the past 10 days knows that my phone has bee dropping calls like its its job!! So I called tech support on my way to Erie yesterday and they told me I needed to call from another phone. Ugh...so tonight, I finally did that. I talked to Shelby. She asked me the most basic of basic questions...things like, is there any damage to your phone? No...(type type type type) Have you had any recent service or repairs done to your phone? No...(type type type) how long has this been happening? For almost 2 weeks now. (type type type) After a few more nonsense questions, she tells me shes going to put a ticket in for them to come out to me to assess the service ( I stopped her there...) What do you mean come out to me? she tells me that a tech will come to me and my area to assess the service and determine if its a signal issue or something else verizon-based (I interupt again) I can tell you its not a signal issue because I crossed 4 states in the last 24 hrs and it did it in ALL of them....but go on....she says they will determine if its something with Verizon or determine if the phone possibly needs replaced (please Lord Baby Jesus, replace this terrible horrible device!) She takes FOREVER to get this ticket complete and tells me to call back around Monday or Tuesday and they should have some more information for me by then..... WITHOUT running a single diagnostic on my phone (even the youre-so-damn-dumb-did-you-try-powering-it-off-and-turn-it-back-on test)... Ill give ya til Tuesday, Verizon...but Im expecting results on this...or we might be parting ways.
