Sooooo Im no snitch, but you gotta draw the line somewhere. Considering that animal control isnt open this late, tomorrow I will be knocking on my downstairs neighbors door and confronting him with two options. A: Give your dogs a chance at a real life. Give up the neglected pit couple you have chosen to repeatedly leave on the patio barking, whimpering and suffering all night in their own filth (which floats up to my patio and is offensive & disgusting) in 4 degree winter weather. Forfeit the three shit covered malnourished puppies that whine miserably non-stop through my bathroom vents that you admitted to my friend the mother ate the other 7 of, because she is also malnourished and likely knew they had no chance. And or B: Talk shit and refuse, in which case, they will be confiscated and you will likely go to jail. I aint neighborhood watch but Ill be damned if something helpless suffers and I have to deal with listening to and smelling it you irresponsible cruel prick.
