Sooooo, today I was less than wise, choosing a beautiful print jersey tube-top maxi dress and tie front shrug. I was going for warmth but wasnt paying attention to the fact that it flows a couple inches past my feet and is now slowly wicking rain water from the ground up the dress. JJ, one of my fellow market mates, shook his head and said, I dont understand women and their clothes....
