Sorry Folks , this is another LONG one ~Days End @ The Manor ~ More laid back than the last few. Only one load of laundry , Vacuumed , Wayne polished the counter tops and all the bills got paid. I had an afternoon Therapy appointment , I met My Aunts from Daddys side of the Family for a quick lunch and ran a couple of errands. Wayne stayed home . Since I had eaten lunch , Dinner was a no~ no for Me ,Wayne ate leftovers and all was simple . ( Ill admit ,I said Dinner was a no~no for Me as I usually only eat once a day ~ I know BAD habit , Somehow this evening a container of White Chocolate ,Rasberry Truffle Ice Cream was found in My hand ) That does not count as eating ~ Amen ~ Amen !!! .I feel as MOST everything is caught up around here now. We do need to replace some landscape timbers in the back yard flower bed .. NEXT YEAR !!! Hey it is mid September and too late in the year to mess with that. Really it is 11 weeks until Thanksgiving , My mind is focused on Family ,Shopping ,Holidays ,Our up coming Cruise , and even Yankee Candles . I have started some of My Christmas shopping already and need to spend ,My $ ,time ,energy & effort on that fun stuff . .My youngest Nephew celebrated his 40 th Birthday yesterday with Sis while on their Midwest & East coast road trip. Happy Birthday (a little late ). Now as it appears to be cooling down & getting blustery outside. Now Some TRUE feelings I am 51 years old , People My age cannot tell you what we were doing when JFK died ,or the whole story of The Bay of Pigs ,or remember Vietnam . We remember 3 things , Exactly what we were doing when President Reagan was shot , when Lady Diana died and What we were doing September 11, 2001 . A day that changed our entire life every time we board a plane , cross a border & clear customs in a different Country . Lets take a moment to remember those that died , those that were heros & , and those of us that did no more than sit and stare at a TV and Pray with tears in our Eyes .. God Bless Us, Everyone & Let Us Never Forget . Much
