Sorry Kristy Hawkins but not everyone can afford to have a mortgage or pay the exorbitant rental that is in this area....not everyone has the education or university degrees to earn a living and have a well paying job.....not everyone has the strength or ambition to strive for a better way of life....some people live day to day, week to week and this does make them second class citizens. I am not attacking you personally, but I am seeing a lot of posts that are unkind towards people that live in caravan parks.....yes you do get the riff raff as it has been labeled but you get that in every community, there are some very nice caring simple people that love to live in van parks, they like the community that it makes...and the simplistic lifestyle it brings, and with some people it is all they can afford for whatever reasons. I dont think we should be bagging out individuals before they even move in...do you not have some older relatives even fiends that you know that are pensioners, that take their caravan on holidays because they dont have the money to afford motels. I think we just need to take one step at a time and just put all our energy into getting the facts on this proposal and as we live in a democratic society still, I hope, we can get this DA halted until everyone can have their say....
