Sorry about the watercolor posts. But I think I am overly obsessed with painting with watercolors. Before I sleep at night, I think about how my Kolinsky brush would glide with different colors and the right amount of water on my Arches papers - which I havent used. I dream of crevices of where I can utilize the finest point of my brushes to fully add details and color saturation. Then I wake up thinking about it again, on what Im going to paint for the day, and of how I am going to squeeze that fun painting time in between taking care of two crazy children. I mean, have you ever been so passionately obsessed about a craft that that is ALL you think about? And I start thinking of my Derwent graphite water soluble pencils and how it can add more depth along with the Schmincke Künstlerfarben watercolors. Now, Im intrigued by Sennelier watercolors, also the Nihonga sumi-e watercolor paints and Holbein too.
