Sorry to share this but... this is exactly why I rescue. I did not create the problem and I am not responsible, but I am compelled to help the innocent, the voiceless. And I cant make much of a difference overall... but to the few I am able to save each week, it certainly makes a world of difference to them! It is a tragedy that someone has to do the job these people do... we can only pray they do it with a kind heart and with compassion. Please spay and neuter your pets and remember that a pet is a lifetime commitment. And if you are adding a new pet to your family, please consider your local shelter or local rescue to adopt that new furry friend!
