Holidays: Statutory (28 days p/a) Bedrooms: 8, breakfasts to 16, quiet lunches, dinners to 26 Food type: Modern Scottish Fine Dining Full-time chefs: 2 plus kitchen assistant. Accommodation: single ensuite room in staff flat free of charge, you would be encouraged to find your own accommodation long term. Job description: I am looking for a motivated and ambitious sous chef to join the team at this restaurant with rooms in Kingussie. You will have some fine dining experience but this is a good opportunity to work one to one with a very good head chef producing very good plates for fairly small numbers. Attention to detail is very important. Kingussie is a few minutes from Aviemore, with access to great skiing, and 50 miles from Inverness.
