South Carolina Schultz Senior Dachshund Sanctuary has been asked for its assistance in finding a new forever home for beautiful BETTY!! Located in South Carolina, BETTY is in need of a person or family who can give her the attention she needs and deserves. She has been with the same family all of her life, so leaving will be very hard on BETTY. Recent additions of children find BETTY alone a lot, and/or crated. BETTY loves cats! and most other dogs, once she gets to know them. Transport IS available to Northeast, but cost would be responsibility of adopter or rescue group to work out with current owner, who will make sure BETTY has her health certificate for travel from her current veterinarian. Betty has a lot of years left to give to a petowner who in return can give HER the love, attention, and devotion she needs. Please do not pass judgment here on this familys decision; the decision has been made, and they are reading here. Lets move forward together as a group now, to find BETTY the perfect place to hang her little bonnet for the rest of her life.
