Southway Hotel in Ottawa Canada wishes to address the recent feedback with regards to storing items at the hotel for short or long term. Southway Hotel will store your freezer and fridge items while you are a registered guest at no charge. Southway Hotel will also store your extra items if you have a returning reservation at a no charge. (Example empty coolers, suitcases). These items can be left no longer than one month due to storage space that is available. We understand the importance with this amongst our Northern Travelers, and we will continue to provide the service at no cost. Parking is still complimentary and we only charge if you are leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time. The cost for this is $35.00 per week. We also have monthly deals.
