Spain | Legal Business Analyst Description Legal Business Analyst (Alicante, Spain) Job description Analyse trademark practices, categorise them. Identify point in common and differences between the categories Analyse legal texts / court decisions related to the trademark practices Organisation and analysis of surveys related to trademark practices Provide ad hoc analysis and reports for senior management Participate in discussions and document on trademark practices, communication strategies, implementation plans on how to put a new practice into place, adherence plans on how to join already existing practices, analysis on bridging the gap from old to new practices Prepare and give presentations on key aspects of trademark subjects to very diverse public: from trademark experts to a public that has no background on trademarks Contacts internal and external stakeholders. Creation of surveys on IP practices. Gathering, interpret, presenting, and distribute survey results Organisation and follow- up on progress of project. Time sheet control Coordinate Conferences by participating in the organisation, drafting agendas and minutes Assistance in the co-ordination of: Translations (mainly of legal documents), Project Wiki, Convergence Programme web site content Assistance in the project implementation related to updating of the project plan Preparation of status reports/ quality plan / other project documentation Your profile University degree of Law and Experience or studies related to IP (preferably in the field of trademarks) Experience in analysis of legal texts Strong capacity in preparing and writing analysis legal documents Have basic knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (having advanced notions would be highly appreciated) Excellent reporting methods and presentation skills Have a good command of Excel, Word and Power Point software Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks, and ensuring that nothing is overlooked Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions Ability to speak, write and read fluently in English Have a good balance between legal and interpersonal skills, diplomatic, excellent communication skills and sense of organisation as well as be responsible and flexible We Offer The Company offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package, opportunities to work abroad, outstanding career development within a prominent and dynamic multinational organization, as well as the conditions to express and develop both your expertise and your business development capabilities, in a multi-disciplinary and rewarding work environment.
