Specific Objectives The followings will be completed the objectives of the organization. 1. Agriculture - To develop a shifting Agri-business into Terrance cultivation or horticultural system. - To help people to nurture the virgin soils and uncultivated lands. - To have developed and civilized the local people by an agricultural-base. - Have developed living standards for families by cultivation. - Manufacturing the natural fertilizer for the crops, seeds and so on. - Provide an agricultural training and education for more productions. - For extra incomes; planting an elephant foot, green tea, orange, cafe, jelly and aloe wood. - Supply water, equipment and good seeds for gardening. - To help planting short and long term seasonal plants for good incomes. 2. Livestock/Breeding - Professional livestock-based families will be born. - Conduct knowledge of livestock and give a loan to the community. - Create a micro-business on breeding for every family. - Develop a micro-business into professional works. - Change free breeding cattle or animal husbandry into paling system. - Giving an awareness of preventing infections. - Goats, pigs, cows, chicken and fish are relevant to the communities that are for increasing incomes. - Produce more nutrition and breeding bullocks. 3. Education - Provide effectiveness in primary school education. - Develop well education from primary to high schoolings. - Support school teachers from remote areas of the countries. - Help children attend the schools. - Help orphans, poor families for schoolings and open Childcare Center. - Support outstanding students to go for any university. - Help high school finished students for further studies to be good citizens of the country. - Help to open preschool and provide teaching materials. - Help to open a school library. 4. Economic - Sell the products from cultivation. - Plant seasonal plants such as elephant foot, café and orchid properly for good incomes. - Focus on animal husbandry for living and incomes for families. - Provide an economic training and helping local people for rural development by working with practitioners. 5. Transportation - Help excavation motorbike roads between villages for good transportation. - Urge local people to get involved in digging roads. - Provide awareness and techniques to guard highways and bridges. - Help villages to have Telecommunication systems. 6. Microbusiness/loans - Provide loan for those who are interested in micro-business. - Help people in practices of using and saving incomes properly. - By Co-operative credit, increase incomes and becoming professionals. 7. Women and Children - Help develop women in the society. - Find for any work they can do for good incomes. - Provide awareness of health education for women. - Develop literacy and opportunity for women. - For literacy for children, bringing them to preschools and primary schools. - For children’s nutrition or vitamins, help and educate them. - Give awareness and education of human-trafficking for women and children. 8. Conservation Environment - Give awareness of strengths and weakness of prevention from forest fire, arson and natural deforestation and conserve environment. - Declining shifting agri-business makes deforestation and emerging stable or rung cultivation. - Preventing valuable timbers, woods, flowers, forest productions, and animals and educating them. - In villages, helping and educating the profits of preventive forest, owned forest, preventive water-spring. - Educating replacement of implanting trees instead of deforestation. - Educating and contributing pamphlets to people as to prevent hill ecosystem. - Organizing groups of conservative environment in villages. 9. Eradicating Poverty - Working with local people, technicians and practitioners as to survey the reasons of poverty to eliminate. - Creating projects for eradicating poverty and achieve them in a proper time. - Creating job opportunities for more incomes from less income for proper livings. - Helping them quite in times of natural disasters, and problems that make poverty in societies. - Helping living standards by providing microbusiness in a small loan and free services. - Rising problems and difficulties because of poverty will be reduced and solved steadily as an organization.
