Spent some time with my friend, Lisa, today...a well known Christian speaker. Watched her pause and converse with an event worker- one she could have bypassed and no one would have noticed, but instead she chose to connect. I like the way you treat people, I told her. And its true. Conclusion: 1) If you cant take the stage speaking Jesus and stay humble, get off the stage. Youd be better off. 2) We hear a lot about fallen ministers, the ones with the big egos and the mess of Christian celebrity, but there are good and Godly ones out there who have remained humble and real. 3) May it be said of us all: I like the way you treat people.
