Spent the day introspectly, my True Friend(s) and I shared Our heart... and just after my stormy seas calmed on this bright sunny day. I washed dishes, made a grocery list and tried to pick up my bulging wallet - no, not with money (though it is certainly welcomed). Mostly tattered receipts and all manner of tiny keepsakes and clutter from my life. As it fell I knew it was a sign of unburdening. So I sat on the floor and sorted; shed the accounting of the past few months. Folded carefully on lined notepad paper and tucked between the unnecessary in my handwriting I found this: this is an attempt to identify all miracles that make up the thatch work of my life; to bear witness to the intricate detail of the threads that bear witness to the cyclical nature of life. The soul is a substantive constant or many of them neatly, smoothly, orderly emanating the spirit which is harder to describe because it is or is like the wind - strong and hard yet soft and playful equally all at once, so powerful. Soul consist of small constitutions, your creed, like loyalty, etc. Profoundly, when I read this incomplete note today my Friend(s) answered every question I had and reminded me I forgot what We asked for and are doing. Everybody’s life really consists of small things / The paradox is that the foundation for greatness is honoring the small things of the present moment - Eckhart Tolle
