Spicy Pumkin Bread good for afternoon snack- cups Martha White® Self-Rising Flour 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons milk 1 cup canned solid pack pumpkin 1/2 cup chopped black walnuts OR 1 cup chopped English walnuts Preparation Directions 1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray bottom of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with no-stick cooking spray. 2. COMBINE flour, sugar and spices in large bowl. Stir to blend. Stir in eggs, oil, milk, pumpkin and nuts until well blended. Spoon into prepared pan. 3. BAKE 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
