Spinach Artichoke dip! (Hot or Not.) Awesome with toasted french bread slices!! Thats how it was served at Harrigans Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 4 oz. softened cream cheese 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1/8 cup chopped green onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 to 1 tsp. Tabasco (optional) 1 can artichoke hearts, drained well, then chopped 12 oz frozen spinach, cook in boiling water for a minute or two, then drain well! 4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese. Instructions: Preheat oven 350. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. Use either a 13 x 9 or two square pans, or two pie tins. Combine mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onion, garlic salt, and Tabasco if desired, into a large bowl. mix together until blended well and creamy. Add to the above mixture, they chopped and drained artichoke hearts, and cooked and drained spinach. Mix in the all of the cheeses. Spread in cooking dish, and heat for 17 to 20 minutes. It must be bubbly and golden brown on top. Cook longer if needed.
