I use a dry foam shampooer, most jobs, it dries in about hour. It deodorizes, kill bacteria, softened your carpet, put scotch guard back on your carpet, make your carpet look new again. Steam cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes Steam cleaning kills 99.9 percent of bacteria, germs and dust mites. This includes E-coli, Staph, bacteria, Salmonella and other micro-organisms, surface molds, bacteria, viruses and other dirty things lurking around your carpet. Water has to be heated to 175 degrees for it to effectively sanitize. My units heat water in excess of 212 degrees which is the temperature needed to create steam that kills bacteria, germs, and dust mites in just one second. Their stains that are all the way into the pads and deep into the carpets. The steam cleaning will get most stains and kill 99.99% other stuff from growing in your carpet. It does a awesome job of cleaning! Steam cleaning does a better job for deeper cleaning. It take around 2 hours on most carpet to dry. But it does a Awesome job. Some carpet will need the deeper cleaning the dry foam will do a good job but the steam will do a deeper cleaning. It a much better deal! Especially if your carpet is really dirty or have a shaggy carpet that has interwoven carpet that holds dirt and grease deep in the fibers. I will guarantee my work, if you do not like my work, you do not have to pay me!!! You heard right!!!! I do want to tell you that all spots will not come out. It depends on how long it been down and what kind of spill it is. No one can guarantee that all stains will come out. But I can get most stains out. It will look lot better than before!!! I want to recommend that you clean your carpet every 3 months on the dry foam and 4 months on the deep steam clean. Most people get them done twice a year like every 6 months. The longer the stains stay on your carpet the harder it is to clean and it might become permanent stain. The dirt and sand in your carpet cut into your fiber of the carpet. Making your carpet life short. That why you have that big stain on your high traffic area. Most of that is on the high traffic area, is not a stain, but wear tear on your carpet.
