Spring plants where do they come from and how did they start. They started their life in costa Rica as mother plants then we receive unrooted cuttings all nicely tagged in sandwich bags we take these itty bitty cuttings and stick them in cutting trays, put under an automatic misting system till they root 4-5 weeks, then they are removed and pinched and grown on for about a month, then hardened off a week or two and ready for planting in baskets or pots, then grown for 2 -3 more months and are ready to sell. We start rooting in November transplant in January ready to sell in mid march to April ,WOW thats a long time so when you buy plants next spring know we have been taking care to grow the best plant possible for months.
