Squats! Everyone knows how important they are. guidelines! Feet shoulder width apart, back up straight, abs on, as you squat down poke that booty out and get down as low as yr flexibility allows. Parallel with the floor is great! Really emphasize the activation of your glutes by squeezing them, make them do the work! Push through your heels! Miss babe Nyssa is doing high reps here, shes got 40kgs on her back and a nice big range of movement. Check out that lifting belt too! Great for additional support.. Nyssa performed 5 sets of 15-20 squats followed by hack squats, walking lunges, leg press, lying hammy curl, hip thrust & stiff leg deaf lifts.. Great lower body session. MissN xx
