Sr. PHP/ Drupal Developer is urgently needed for a leading IT Company - Responsibilities: • Work closely with distributed business partners, technology teams and UX designers to implement flexible, high performance front- and back-end solutions that fulfill a wide variety of business capabilities and UI needs. • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, solution options, tradeoffs and new ideas with technology teams and business partners. • Design for, recommend, and implement Drupal solutions to support a system of compatible web applications that can scale to large number of users and transactions. • Support Drupal technology stack, resolving and troubleshooting low-level issues as they arise, and working closely with technology teams to resolve critical application and systems issues • Build and release software regularly, ensuring that frequent releases are production-level quality. • Effectively, and proactively collaborate with distributed technology and business teams for project deliverables, problem resolutions, and mentoring • Team player attitude, agile experience, excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Qualifications: • Proven experience with Traditional and Mobile site design and Responsive Web Design • Expert understanding and demonstrated expertise with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 • Understanding of Basics of Java Programming Language • Proven experience with the design and development of cross browser, cross device, and performance optimized UI design and implementation • Proven expertise developing large-scale web applications using Drupal 7, PHP, MySQL, Apache • Knowledge of LAMP a plus • Expertise with jQuery is a plus. • Proven expertise of SOA concepts and web services technologies including REST, JSON, or SOAP • Constructing Drupal Views, Panels, Forms with context and filters from Drupal content types and from custom SQL tables using the Data Module • Modifying the Drupal themes to support the markup and integrating page level components to enable compatible web designs • Support testing and validation activities with QA.
