St. Anthony Hall Renovation Update #9 - Outside and Inside! Outside, walls for the new atrium are being poured in a rather elaborate process. The frames are built for the walls by hand, but then, concrete is poured into a bucket, transported over the tree line by crane, and then dumped into the frames. It has been a sight to see! Inside, we have power! Those electrical boxes are no joke. Each residential floor has their own set that will control all of the power in that area. Shower stall framing went up last week, but this week, beautiful copper piping has been added. The warmer weather on campus has been great for the construction crew. More steps forward every day!
