St. Paul MN 1951--thanks for the share Ann! Most of the commenting folks think he must have swerved and headed up the hill. But take it from me who has done this....he was probably up on the street by the state Capitol and slid down....trying to get back up but couldnt ---that is why his trailer in on the lower part and the cab is still up on the hill. Thats my guess----Carolyn C----youll have to ask Gary what happened to me one night when Bob was out of town, I was delivering newspapers about 3 am with my son (Mike about 3 at the time...sleeping) in the car. Pulled up to a paper box and started sliding on the ice....the more I tried to not go down the steep embankment....well-- the further I slid down backwards! Yeppers, my guess is he slid down, not up ;)
